CPC students will attend an instructor led class, in which they will be trained in medical coding as it relates to ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Students enrolled in the specialty courses will attend in instructor led class, in which they will be trained in medical coding as it relates to the specific specialty.

How does WPCCollege work?

The cost for the CPC Fast-track course is $1600* including a registration fee of $100 which is required to secure a seat in the course (non-refundable). Remaining amount can be paid in full at start of course or via installments upon approval. National CPC exam, AAPC textbook/workbook, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding books , and 1st yr AAPC membership are included in tuition for CPC course.

*$1600 tuition is with discount phrase FTCPC (during specified  period). Discount not available for specialty courses, contract students , students receiving financial aid or assistance. Regular tuition for  Fast-track course is $2500*

 

The cost for COBGC and CGIC Specialty courses are $1000 including a registration fee of $200 which is required to secure a seat in the course (non refundable). Remaining amount can be paid in full at start of course or via installments upon approval. National certification exams, specialty study guide and practice exams are included in tuition.

What is the cost for the courses?

Yes, AAPC allows students to retake the exam at no additional cost within 1 year of first attempt. WPCCollege will allow students to retest during a regularly scheduled testing date. *Only one retest is included in course fee.*

Can I retake the exam if I fail on first attempt?

The cost for tutoring varies; depending on what area of tutoring is needed. The cost ranges from $25-$40/hr. *Minimum tutoring session is an hour.*

How long are the courses?

The Fast Track CPC course runs for a 13 week period or 3 months. The CPC exam will be proctored on the 13th week.

The COBGC and CGIC Specialty courses runs for a 10 week period. The exams will be proctored on the 10th week.

Semesters

Winter: January-March

Spring: April-June

Fall: September-December

*Some may be longer due to breaks for holidays.*

We offer three class schedules for Fast Track CPC course: 

Class 1- Saturday mornings 8:00a-12:00 pm. 

Class 2- Monday evenings 5:30-9:30 pm.

Class 3- Wednesday mornings 10a-2 pm.

Class schedule for specialty COBGC:

Tuesday evenings 5:30-7:30 pm.

Class schedule for specialty CGIC:

Thursday evenings 5:30-7:30 pm.
